Comfort,
organized.
Family-operated heating and cooling for the call you need to make now—and the system decision you want to make carefully.
No heat or no cooling?
Put the emergency path first, with the published phone immediately visible and no detour through generic marketing copy.
Something isn’t right?
Lead with diagnosis and repair before forcing a homeowner to choose a replacement product they may not need.
Planning a new system?
Separate install/replacement intent from repair, then surface financing as an option without promising terms or approval.
Trying to prevent the next call?
Bring the existing PM+ Bronze, Silver and Gold plans forward so recurring care is understandable before booking.
Furnace or boiler: start with the job.
Kenders publishes service, installation and repair for furnace and boiler systems. The concept edits that into a clean decision sequence instead of one long block of copy.
Cooling without a wall of options.
The current Kenders service menu includes air conditioning and mini-splits. This direction keeps equipment breadth visible while organizing the customer task around repair, installation and upkeep.
Three plans.
One comparison.
Kenders already publishes Bronze, Silver and Gold options. The redesign’s job is not to invent a membership program; it is to make the existing differences legible at a glance.

The current site has a customer portal. A production redesign should keep that recurring-customer route visible rather than making every visitor start over.
Customer portal preservedThe current site publishes Dollar Bank, FTL Finance, Service Finance and Wisetack routes. A redesign can preserve those providers without turning rates, approvals or savings into unsupported promises.
Four current provider routesBuilt for a Pittsburgh service call.
Kenders currently states service across the Greater Pittsburgh Area and all of Allegheny County, including Pittsburgh, Wexford, Bridgeville, Dormont, Mount Lebanon, Pleasant Hills, West Mifflin, McKeesport, Monroeville, Plum and Penn Hills.
Authentic visual note: the current Kenders site contains company imagery and recent-project/social routes. Their raw image files could not be reliably retrieved in this build environment, so this concept deliberately avoids fake fleet, technician or project photography. Production should restore owner-approved Kenders imagery.
